A Note from the artist:

“For me, Wookiefoot is more than just a band, and Mark Murphy is more than just a song writer. His weaving of philosophy and frequency has had profound effects on the way I see the world and the people in it. His music and poetry have offered ways of seeing the world and the potential of myself and my fellow earthlings. Inspired by this love and this community I did my very best to capture the warmth, the love, the wisdom, and the hope that we are witness to everytime we come together to see him perform.

This is a part of a new series about the divine energies present whenever people are joined together in song, and the magic that resides in those special few that are able to gather us, unify us, and help us feel that little tingle at the base of our spine that lets us know we are a part of something bigger.

This piece has a secondary story as well, one of support and community. In 2025 Mark's neighbors' home caught fire and tragically spread to their families home. Thankfully no one was injured but the home was considered to be a total loss and Mark and his family have had to relocate and rebuild. Now getting settled into a new home, a new school year starting up, and holidays on the horizon, Me and My wife have teamed up with the Wookiefoot and Shangri-La Festival community to help raise a little money for Mark and his family this fall.

Half of the sale of the original painting and any reproductions of this work, such as canvas and paper prints, or tapestries, will be donated to Mark and his family to help them on the way to getting settled into the new home. We may not have it all together, but together we can have it all.”

These polyester tapestries have double stitched hems and a metal grommet in each corner. They’re a great way to take home a piece of original artwork created by the Hollands. Small tapestries are roughly 30×40 for rectangles and 36×36 for square pieces.

Large tapestries are roughly 60×80 for rectangles and 60×60 for square pieces.
